Private Sessions With Trisha
Trisha Howell, MA, is the founder and developer of Lifonics. Lifonics appointments are available by phone and, depending on Trisha’s schedule, in person in Los Angeles (Hollywood), Seattle (Bellevue), New York City (Manhattan), and London. The process works equally well both ways.
$225 for the first session, which is 90 minutes long
$160 for each subsequent 60-minute session
$2.50 per minute will be added for sessions running longer than the initial 90 or 60 minutes
$495 for Introductory Packet of 3 sessions (First session 90 minutes; 3 ½ hours total—You save $50)
$895 for Jumpstart Your Health and Well-Being: Packet of 6 sessions that cover the following crucial areas (and more, time allowing):
- Orientation to your life (your history and life patterns revealed), Surrounding You With Love For Your Whole Existence, Clearing and Balancing Your 12 Major Chakras and Mother Centers, experiencing yourself as the Magnificent Mega Being you truly are, and a great start on clearing major traumas and challenges (approximately 2 ½ hours)
- Clear & Optimize up to 4 major relationships in your life (approximately 2 hours)
- Clear major allergies and/or other body sensitivities/weaknesses (approximately 1 hour)
- Complete Body Optimization with First Level DNA Activation (approximately 1 hour)
If there is time at the end, we will do Strategic Visioning on any business or personal issues that need attention. (First session 90 minutes; 6 ½ hours total—You save $130)

How did you develop Lifonics?
Many of the concepts and most of the processes in Lifonics came to me while I was in a deep meditative state. Due to the over 30 healing and personal growth modalities I had previously trained in, I was already very attuned to fundamental universal energies and my intuitive abilities were highly developed. So when I started getting information about this healing technique, I was very open to it, wrote it down, and began working with it. We all hear the voice of God/the All in ways that we can understand, so many of the processes came through in relationship to other healing and coaching modalities I was already familiar with.
Probably the biggest outside influence on my way of being and working with energy is Evolutionary Technique, a truly amazing way of aligning with and co-creating the largest, most evolutionary energies currently on the planet. Another major influence was ThetaHealing, a compilation of many healing techniques that emphasizes the importance of our letting go of limiting subconscious beliefs and feelings, then replacing them with liberating, empowering beliefs and feelings. Both of these elements have found another home in Lifonics.
How is Lifonics similar to and different from other personal growth techniques?
Like many healing and life coaching modalities, the aim of Lifonics is to uplift the individual and the whole planet to the most vibrant, loving, joyful, and fulfilling ways of living, working, and playing possible.
Unlike most other modalities, the approach in Lifonics is to give participants a visceral experience of being the massive magnificent mega being that they truly are and to teach them energetically how to live their daily lives, conduct their businesses, heal, create, and play from this wider context of experiencing and from the higher paradigms it implies in all areas.
Lifonics is also different because it stresses the importance of practical, concrete applications of its techniques in all areas, including business, which is often excluded from other systems of healing and self-help. Lifonics sees all of life as one integrated whole that must be addressed as such.
Also, the emphasis in Lifonics is on total liberation—of the individual, of humanity, and of the cosmos. Lifonics is about empowering you as the incredibly powerful, creative, and divine being you truly are as opposed to setting up any hierarchy or guru-like atmosphere that is sadly so prevalent in many other spiritual modalities.
What can Lifonics do for me concretely?
Lifonics can enable you to “overhaul” your entire conscious and subconscious mind, your body, and your relationships so that you are fully empowered to live every day in optimal physical health, happiness, clarity, and harmony with yourself and with all those around you.
