Private Sessions Terms and Conditions

Please check with Trisha (TrishaHowell@gmail.com) for availability before paying for your session. Sometimes Trisha travels abroad and is not available for appointments for several weeks at a time.

To guarantee your first appointment, you must pre-pay your fee. When we receive confirmation you have paid, you will receive your appointment time. For future appointments, you may schedule only if you have a credit card on file with us to guarantee your appointment. Your card will be charged the day of your appointment. Your appointment fee is for the appointment; no specific results are guaranteed.

Missing your scheduled appointment is classified as a no-show. After making your appointment, you must keep it. If you are detained and will be late, you are still expected to come for your appointment. There are no cancellations. Rescheduling your appointment is acceptable until 48 hours before your appointment. Within 48 hours of your appointment time, you lose your appointment fee if you reschedule or don't show up.

However, rescheduling up until your appointment time will be accepted when you present proof that personal emergencies such as accidents prevent your travel, you have illnesses or injuries requiring licensed medical care or hospitalization, or family emergencies such as a death in the family force your absence. Other situations will be declared to be a no-show. In all no-show situations, your appointment fee will be forfeited.

When we accept your rescheduling, we will notify you by email. If you do not receive this confirmation, we will not consider the appointment to be rescheduled. Please contact us again. Once you have received your confirmation, save it until you have received your new appointment time. If you do not receive your new appointment time, contact us again and use our confirmation of rescheduling to show us that we should reschedule your appointment.

Please note that all credit card charges will appear on your credit card statement as NCR-01.
