We have now transitioned all live courses to teleseminars (phone conferencing) for your convenience!
This way you can be in class with interesting people from all over the world while staying in the comfort of your home, and you can take courses spread out over a number of weeks instead of crammed into intense weekends.
We've found that it is more effective if you are in class just a few hours a week and then have until the next week to master all of that material. Each week you will be assigned a new partner to do exercises with so that you can be sure to practice enough to make the material completely your own.
Before the first course meeting, you will get details for calling in to each session. You will need a reliable telephone or internet connection, and you may want to sign up for a cheap calling plan to access the US number I will give you. If you don’t have phone access, you can still call in by Skype (www.skype.com), which is a free internet download and then you need buy only a compatible microphone.
You can miss up to 2 of the 10 Basic Lifonics or Body Consciousness course sessions (you will be required to listen to the missed class tapes at your convenience) and up to 1 of other Lifonics classes (which meet 4-5 times each) and still pass the course. More misses require private makeup time with Trisha at her regular hourly rate to pass a course.
Remember, you can still take courses at home any time you wish by purchasing DVDs, CDs, and manuals. (CLICK HERE)
If you buy a DVD course, you can then take the same course live for half price. If you take a course live, you can buy the pre-made DVDs and CDs for half price. DVDs summarize the most important processes but do not have the many details that come up only through live interaction. CDs contain all standard energy downloads and select exercises so that you can experience them repeatedly.

Although not required, I recommend that you listen in to one of these two free sessions in order to experience a profound Lifonics exercise and to get your questions answered.
NOTE: Anywhere in the world you are, you can get cheap long distance plans that will enable you to call a US phone number for only a few cents per minute. You will be able to call in by regular phone or by Skype (download free at www.Skype.com then buy a compatible computer headphone), which costs a few cents a minute worldwide to reach a land line.
